Amazing Artichoke and Spinach Dip
It came out amazing
1 artichoke heart ( or artichoke, boil that for 30 mins))
1/4 cup of spinach (( if frozen, if not, chop it up a 1/2 cup))
1/2 cup of half and half (( 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of milk is fine))
1 tsp of flour
1 tbsp butter
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
1/4 cup of shredded cheese (( I used cheddar with monter ray))

I lie little white lies almost daily. I’m trying to stay as honest as possible though when it comes to the important things. I can’t define those, but in short, I know when it’s appropriate to lie and when it’s imperative to tell the truth (or vice versa).
So I really can’t tell you something…
I sadly do this as well, but mainly to my mother. :/
